The company is a private industrial enterprise, which is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of steel and aluminum products. It is a joint stock company incorporated in April 1977 and has a registered head office located in Langreo-Llangréu, Spain. The company has three business segments: projects division, which is engaged in the undertaking of aluminum architectural contracts and engineering works and the sub-contracting of building construction projects; aluminum extrusions and related products division, which is engaged in manufacturing of aluminum extrusions, supply of all such related products, and others. The company's steel and aluminum products include gates, door frames, staircase nosing and hand-railings, laundry racks, letter boxes, sliding windows and sliding doors for flats and houses, and aluminum NT mainframes for container refrigeration units.
